How can I track my order?

Log in to your MaisonDafi customer account to track the progress of your order and once it has been taken care of by the carrier, you can track your package by clicking on the tracking number.

What are the delivery costs for my order?

The delivery costs are indicated directly when placing your order, these costs vary according to the weight of your order as well as the delivery method chosen. Please note that we offer you delivery costs from 80 € of purchase at a relay point.

Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?

If we haven't dispatched your order yet, contact us and we'll be happy to change your address.

My package was damaged during delivery, what should I do?

If you notice any damage when receiving your order, contact us with your name, your order number, the date of your order and photos of the damaged item(s), we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Are my payment details secure?

Can I pay in several installments?

We strive to set up payment in installments as quickly as possible.

What are the reimbursement deadlines in the event of an order cancellation?

The refund period will occur within 14 days after the cancellation of your order.

Are there customs fees?

All our products are shipped from France. Customs charges will not apply in European Union countries. However, certain costs are to be expected for countries that are not part of it, we invite you to inquire with the sites dedicated to the tax in force in your country of residence.

How long do I have to return a product?

You have a period of 14 days from the delivery of your order to return a product to us.

How can I return a product?

If you are not satisfied with the product you have received, contact us and we will send you the procedure to follow by return email. Know that we will ask you to return the product to us in its original packaging and after checking the goods you will have the possibility of making an exchange or simply obtaining a refund.

Are the return costs my responsibility?

Yes, the return costs will be your responsibility.

However, in the case of an exchange, please note that the costs of the new shipment will be at our expense.

How will I be reimbursed?

Reimbursement is made via the same payment method used for the purchase.

How long does it take to process a return and refund?

Upon receipt of the return of your product and after checking the condition of the goods, we will reimburse you within 14 days of receipt of the product.

How can I cancel a return request?

Can I exchange a product instead of getting a refund?
