Return and Refund

You have a withdrawal period of 14 days from the delivery of your package to request a refund or an exchange.

To make this request, nothing could be simpler, you contact  hello@maisondafi.fr indicating your surname, first name, your order number as well as the order date and we will explain the procedure to you by return email.

In any case of return, you will be asked to return the goods to us in their original packaging. The return costs are your responsibility.

In the case of an exchange, after receipt of the package, we will send you back the item you have chosen.

In the case of a refund, you will get it within 14 days after receipt of the package.

Maison Dafi will verify each return  of merchandise, if the package received is degraded, we will send this item back to you and no refund will be possible.
